This bright, modern garage conversion was designed to create a flexible living space with both comfort and style. The layout included a mezzanine sleeping area under a vaulted ceiling with two Velux windows, adding height and natural light. On the ground floor, a shower room, seating area, and a compact kitchenette with sink and worktop were installed. Sliding patio doors opened out onto a new decking area, seamlessly connecting the interior with the outdoor space.
The goal was to create a space that could be used flexibly, as a guest suite, home office, or quiet retreat, all while maintaining a high standard of finish. The client was so pleased with the result that they brought us back for additional projects across their property.
