This loft conversion on a new build in Thornbury was designed to create a modern and highly functional living space, all under permitted development with no planning permission required. The project included a double bedroom, office area, and a high-spec modern shower room, all enhanced by five Velux windows for maximum natural light.
We designed and installed bespoke wardrobes to complement the space, while the new staircase was built to seamlessly match the existing style of the home. The result is a bright, thoughtfully designed loft that feels like a natural extension of the property.
